We make every effort to find the best available alternative. Availability depends on the same airline or partner airlines. If an alternative is not available, you may choose the refund option where applicable.
Yes. Once your available options are displayed, you can select either an Alternative Flight — continue your journey on an available flight — or a Refund — initiate the refund process as per the airline's policy. The next process begins automatically based on your selection.
Our goal is to present eligible alternative flight options as quickly as possible after a disruption is detected.
